Shipper Consignee Amendment Form

For customers requesting amendments after your freight is picked up please download and fill out this amendment form .  Customer will need to present a copy of their photo ID when making this request.

Credit Card Authorization Form

Effective immediately, every customer that is requesting to pay for freight using a credit over the phone, the attached Credit Card Authorization MUST be completed and submitted along with a copy of the authorized person photo ID.  The name on the photo ID MUST match the name on the credit card.

Air Freight Shipper Instructions

The Air Freight Shipper’s Instruction Form provides all details necessary for the issuance of the waybill and authorizes Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc., to sign the waybill in the name of the shipper.

Commercial Invoice

Non Compete - Non Disclosure

VGM Declaration

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has amended the SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) convention under regulation 2 of chapter VI which mandates the declaration of the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) of a packed container before loading on board vessels within a prescribed cut-off date / time to the shipping line and / or port terminal authorities.
