If any Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. product fails to meet the specifications criteria described on its website or advertisement, Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. will first seek to validate the problem and then, at the option of the customer, replace the product or issue a credit equivalent to the purchase price. If you do need to return products to Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc., please contact us first for a Return Authorization code.
Please Note: All returns not related to product specifications or error on the part of Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the invoiced price. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Returns will only be accepted if a return authorization code is obtained within 7 days of receipt of the product, and the return authorization code will only be in effect for 10 days after it is issued. Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages in excess of the purchase price of the product.
Prices
Prices quoted on this web site are in US dollars and apply only to North American customers. Other customers should contact Trans Caribe for pricing information, or if in doubt, call us directly at 973-676-8625 for the name of a distributor or shipping terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that an item on our website has an incorrect price, the customer will pay the lower of the correct price or the stated price.
Shipping
Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. offers overnight shipping via DHL. For customers in the United States, all orders received by 3:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day and delivered the following business day. Exceptions may apply due to circumstances beyond the control of Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc., such as but not limited to adverse weather or problems with the courier. Orders received after 3:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day, though Trans Caribe Express Shippers, Inc. will make an effort to ship the same day where circumstances allow. Orders received on Saturday will be shipped the next business day. Shipping fees will be added to the invoice, and include courier charges, and the costs of handling.
Backorders
If a product is out of stock, we will inform you at the time you place your order. Orders containing out of stock products will be shipped partial unless otherwise noted. If your item is on backorder for greater than 7 days we will contact you upon product release to verify shipment. Backordered products are only billed upon shipment.
